Application for Payment Activities (tdpur6123m000)
Use this session to view the Activities for an AFP.
Note: 
      
- This session can be accessed only if the Services Procurement Orders check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
 - The application for payment activity can be modified only if
- The AFP Status is other than Canceled or Closed.
 - An active change request is not defined for the Subcontracting Procurement Order.
 - The execution status is Free.
 
 - You can add or delete the activities in this session only if the AFP Status is other than Canceled or Closed.
 - The application for payment activities can only be deleted when the activities are non-mandatory.
 - The application for payment activities and the related data are defaulted from the AFP Activities by Services Procurement Order Type (tdpur0162m100) session with the procedure type of Application for Payment.
 - You can access this session only if the Services Procurement field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

 - Execution Sequence
 - The sequence of execution of the activity.Note: The number cannot be changed to a value below the next activity or above the execution sequence of Close AFP (final activity).
 - Activity
 - The activity that can be performed for an SPO with
            this SPO.Note:
- You can modify this field when the activity is mandatory.
 
 - Manual
 - Indicates if an activity is performed
              manually.Note: This check box is defaulted only when an existing session code is specified that is or can be part of the order procedure.
 - Applicable
 - Indicates if the activity is applicable for the
              SPO.Note: This check box is selected and cannot be modified when the Activity is mandatory.
 - Execution Status
 - The Status of the activity.Note:
- The Status is Not Applicable when Applicable check box is cleared.
 - The Status Not Applicable is not applicable when the Applicable check box is selected.

 - Free
 - Executed
 - Changed
 
 - Automatic
 - Indicates if the activity can be performed
              automatically.Note: This field is only applicable for other than the manual activities.
 - Device
 - The default device for the session.Note: This field is only applicable for order activities with the print possibility.
 - Number of Extra Copies
 - The number of extra copies that must be
              printed.Note: This field is only applicable for order activities with the print possibility.
 - Next Activity
 - If the check-box is selected, the next activity to
            be performed.Note: This field is only applicable when the Status is Free.
