If this check box is selected, all text data that appears on the order documents is printed.

Apart from the item description, the data consists of (if present):

• The order header text
• The order line text
• The item description per supplier

If this check box is cleared, only the item description is printed.

Include Canceled Back Orders

If this check box is selected, the canceled back order lines are also printed.

Print Only Open Lines

If this check box is selected, only the specified order lines with a received quantity of 0 are printed.

Quantities Printed In

Select the unit in which you want to print the purchase back order quantities.

Allowed values

You can print the quantities in:

• The purchase unit/back order unit.
• The inventory unit.
