Update Sales / Service Order with Delivery Information (tdpur4222m000)

Use this session to communicate direct delivery information from Purchase Control to Sales Control or Service.

You can only run this session after final receipts are registered for a purchase order line in the Purchase Receipts (tdpur4106m000) session.

For each purchase order receipt line that is registered in the Purchase Receipts (tdpur4106m000) session for a direct delivery sales order, a sales order delivery line is created in the Sales Order Line (tdsls4101m900) session and the Sales Order Actual Delivery Lines (tdsls4106m000) session.

Note: If you change purchase prices regularly after receipts are registered in the Purchase Receipts (tdpur4106m000) session, do not select the Automatic check box for the Update Sales / Service Order with Delivery Information (tdpur4222m000) activity in the Purchase Order Type - Activities (tdpur0560m000) session. The reason for this is that you can no longer change the purchase price after the delivery information is communicated to Sales Control or Service, because the actual order bookings in Financials can depend on the purchase price.

Field Information

Print Errors: If this check box is selected, LN prints a report of the errors that occur when updating the sales/service orders.
