Target Price Book Lines (tdpcg0533m000)

Use this session to view the target price book lines linked to a target price book.

Note: 
  • You can view this session only if the Target Price check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
  • The target price book lines cannot be created or modified manually.
  • LN retrieves the target prices from the procurement objects such as RFQs, purchase contracts and purchase orders. The target prices can also be retrieved from the price books or item objects such as purchase item.

Field Information

Target Price Book

The code of the target price book.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Target Price Books (tdpcg0113m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Expired

Indicates that the price book line has expired. You can create or set the lines to Expired using the Calculate Target Prices (tdpcg0233m100) session.

Line

The price book line number.

Note: The line number is incremented by 1 for each new line.
Item

The code of the item for which the target price book line is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Target Price

The target price of the target price book line.

Currency

The currency in which the target price is expressed for a unit of item.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Target Price Currency specified in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session. If not specified, this value is defaulted from the specified Document.
Price Unit

The unit for which the target price is calculated.

Note: Infor LN defaults this value from the Item - Purchase session, based on the Item.
Origin

The type of the document from which the target price is retrieved.

  • Based on the Item, Infor LN defaults the corresponding:
    • RFQ number from the Request for Quotation (tdpur1600m000) session, if the Origin field is set to RFQ Response.
    • Contract number from the Purchase Contracts (tdpur3100m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Purchase Contract Price.
    • Line number from the Purchase Order Lines (tdpur4101m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Purchase Order Line.
    • Price Book number from the Price Books (tdpcg0111m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Price Book.
Document Reference

The line number of the document from which the target price is retrieved.

Buy-from Business Partner

    • Item Simulated Purchase
  • Infor LN defaults:
    • The Bidder linked to the RFQ number from the RFQ Bidders (tdpur1505m000) session, if the Origin field is set to RFQ Response.
    • The Buy-from Business Partner linked to the Line number from the Purchase Contract Lines (tdpur3101m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Purchase Contract Price.
    • The Buy-from Business Partner linked to the Line number from the Purchase Orders (tdpur4100m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Purchase Order Line.
    • The Buy-from Business Partner linked to the Price Book number from the Price Book Lines (tdpcg0131m000) session, if the Origin field is set to Price Book.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Creation Date

The date and time when the price book line is created.

Created by

The login code of the user who creates the price book line.

Expiry Date

The date and time when the price book line to Expired.

Expired by

The login code of the user who sets the price book line to Expired.
