Import Engineering Item Revisions from EDM (tcibd0250m000)

Field Information

Selection

Use the fields in the Selection group box to define the settings that are required to import the engineering item revisions data from EDM to IBD.

Import Engineering Revisions

If this check box is selected, the engineering revisions data is imported from EDM to the item engineering revisions in IBD.

Import E-Item data to Received Item

If this check box is selected, the engineering item revision data is imported to the received item engineering revision.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Import Engineering Revisions check box is selected.

Import E-BOM to Received PBOM

If this check box is selected, the engineering bill of material (E-BOM) data is imported to the received production bill of material (PBOM).

Note: 

• This field is displayed only if the Originating App field is PLM (internal) or PLM (external) in the Item Base Data Parameters (tcibd9199m000) session.
• This field is enabled only if the Import Engineering Revisions check box is selected.

Set Revision Data in IBD

If this check box is selected, the Revision Data in IBD check box must be selected in the Item (tcibd0501m100) session.

From Reference Date

The date and time from which the engineering item revisions data of the E-Item is imported.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Import Engineering Revisions check box is selected.

Approved by Production Only

If this check box is selected, the application allows you to import only the engineering revisions of the E-Item that are approved by production.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Import Engineering Revisions check box is selected.

Options

Simulation

If this check box is selected, the application generates a report that simulates the engineering revisions data of the E-Item to be imported.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, the application generates a progress report of the engineering revisions data of the E-Item that is successfully imported to IBD.
