Cancel

When an EUS is not required, the EUS status can be set to Canceled using the Cancel option.

You can cancel an EUS only if:

  • All the linked document lines are unlinked.
  • The EUS status is Created, Approved or Modified.

When the EUS status is set to Canceled:

  • The EUS data cannot be modified.
  • The linked licenses are unlinked but not canceled, so that the licenses can be used for other documents.
  • The linked EUDs are also canceled.
  • The EUS cannot be linked to a document.
  • The EUS cannot be reopened.
