Defining LN users

After you define the user roles and the user-data templates, you must use the User Data (ttaad2500m000) details session to define each LN user.

You must specify this user data:

• The user's LN logon name
• The user's name
• The user type (normal user or super user)
• The package combination in which the user is permitted to work
• The company in which the user works by default: When the user logs on to LN, LN starts with the default company number. If the user is authorized to work in multiple companies, the user can change to the other company numbers.
• The user's default language: This determines the language of the LN sessions, date formats, the preferred language for the user's work instructions, and so on.
• The way LN WebUI starts when the user logs on.
