Unlinking related non-conformance reports

You can unlink the related non-conformances from the source NCMR. When the related NCMR is unlinked, the source information is removed for the child NCMR. However, if the unliked NCMR is a child and the only related NCMR, the Has Related Non-Conformances check box is cleared.

To unlink related non-conformance:

  1. Select a related non-conformance from the Related Non-Conformances (qmcpl1503m100) session.
  2. Click the Unlink NCMR option. The related NCMR is unlinked from the Non-conformance report.
    You can unlink a NCMR only if:
    • The item is not a serialized item for Order Origins other than Routing.
    • The item serial number is different for the same operation.
