Use this session to link inspection order lines, samples and test data to specified inspection order.

Note:  LN defaults the additional information from the Standard Test Procedures (qmptc0110m000) session. If not specified, additional information is defaulted from the Items - Quality Data (qmptc0118m000) session.

The order number of the origin of the inspection.

Origin Order Line

The position number on the order. This can be the position number of the sales order line, the purchase order line, or the BOM.

Origin Order Sequence

The sequence number of the inspection order on the basis of which characteristic are tested on different samples.

Operation

The operation code.

Warehouse Inspection

Inspection order lines generated for a particular inspection order. This line will correspond to characteristics maintained for the test groups that is linked to the standard test procedure.

Inspection Sequence

The sequence number of the inspection that is performed.

The owner responsible for the inspection order.

A series is required to generate the inspection order. LN defaults the series specified in these session, based on this priority sequence, to generate the inspection order:

  3. Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
Status

The status of the inspection order.

Business Partner

The unique code of the business partner.

Standard Test Procedure

The unique code of the quality ID.

Version

The version number of the standard test procedure. When you modify a standard test procedure, LN assigns a new version number.

The unique code of the test group.

The result of the inspection.

Quantities
Order Quantity

The quantity of the order.

Unit

The unit of measure in which the inventory of an item is recorded, such as piece, kilogram, box of 12, or meter.

Test Quantity

The quantity of the item that is tested.

Maximum Sample Size

The maximum size of the sample that is tested.

The total quantity of all samples that is tested.

Conformance Reporting

If this check box is selected, conformance reporting field in the inspection order is enabled. The inspection order created is used for document checking.
