Conformance Reporting (qmptc0194m000)

Use this session to link a conformance document set or a document to a conformance code.

Note: The conformance report code in use by a purchase order cannot be edited.

Conformance Reporting

The conformance reporting code associated with a business partner, conformance document set or conformance documents. This code is used as reference in the purchase orders or purchase contracts.

Description

The description or the name of the code.

Document

The document associated with the conformance reporting.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Conformance Reporting check box is selected for the related inspection order and the Business Communication Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

Infor LN defaults this value from the Inquiry Documents (tcbcm0120m000) session, if the Business Communication Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

Document Set

The code of the document set to which multiple conformance documents are linked.

Note: 

If a value is specified, the Document field is disabled.

  • Infor LN allows you to select the conformance document sets from the Conformance Document Sets (qmptc0192m000) session, if the Business Communication Implemented check box is cleared in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
  • Infor LN allows you to select the quality document sets from the Quality Document Sets (tcbcm0121m100) session, if the Business Communication Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
Description

The description or the name of the code.

Document

The document code that refers to the item characteristic defined in the Characteristics (qmptc0101m000) session.

Note: 

If a value is specified, the Document Set field is disabled.

This field is enabled only if the Conformance Reporting check box is selected for the related inspection order and the Business Communication Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

Infor LN allows you to select the conformance document sets from the Conformance Document Sets (qmptc0192m000) session, if the Business Communication Implemented check box is cleared in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

Description

The description or the name of the code.

Third Party Business Partner

The code of the business partner who must validate the item before being shipped by the supplier.

Note: This field indicates if an independent business partner or a supplier must perform the inspection. If specified, the business partner must perform/validate the inspection. Else, the supplier performs/validates the inspection.
