The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

Disposition Action

The disposition action taken for the reported items.

The code of the corrective action plan (CAP) linked to the FRACAS document.

Reason

The code of the reason for disposition.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to a value other than Awaiting Disposition and Non-Conformance.
Responsible Business Partner

The code of the business partner to whom the item is returned.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Type field is set to Return to Vendor.
Engineering Process
Engineering Change Required

If this check box is selected, design or engineering changes are required for the item. These changes can be one of the reasons for the failure action to be reported.

Note: 

The check box is enabled only if:

  • The Product Lifecycle Management Integration Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
  • The item is Revision Controlled.
Engineering Process

The business process ID. The ID is generated after the business process is created in the Dispatch (pdwfl1100m200) session.

Related Order Company

The PLM company in which the business process is created.

E-Item Revision

The revision of the engineering item.

To Item

The code of the item. Infor LN considers this item for re-work or re-classification of the item for which the failure is reported.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Type field is set to Reclassify or Rework (to New Specification).
Action Code

The code of the action taken to resolve the failure reported in the FRACAS document.

Actual Failed Item

The code of the actual failed item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the actual failed item.

Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.

Bad Fix

If this check box is selected, the resolution provided to the failure reported in the FRACAS document, is not appropriate.

Note: 

By default, this check box is cleared.

This check box is enabled only it the Status is Open or Assigned.

Responsible

Actual Quantity

The quantity of the actual failed item.

Actual Unit

The unit in which the quantity is displayed.

Item (Replaced)

The code of the item. Infor LN considers this item to replace the item for which failure is reported.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Serial Number

The serial number of the Item (Replaced).

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Lot Number

The lot number linked to the Item (Replaced).
