Failure Details (qmpqm2101m100)

Use this session to to view the details of the failure reported for an item.

Note: You can view this session only if the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

Field Information

FRACAS Number

The code of the FRACAS document.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Status

The status of the FRACAS document.

Assigned
Dispositioned
Closed
Canceled
Position

The position (line) number of the reported failed item.

Reported Failed Item

The code of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Serial Number

The serial number of the item.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session, for the specified Reported Failed Item.
Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.

Inventory Date

The inventory date assigned to the item when stored in the warehouse. This date is available when the warehouse outbound priority is LIFO/FIFO.

Reported Quantity

The quantity of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.

Reported Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

Actual Failed Item

The code of the actual item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Status is Open or Assigned and the FRACAS Type is set to Hardware or Non-Hardware.

If the FRACAS Order Origin is related to Service, and a physical breakdown structure is defined for the failure item, Infor LN allows you to select the physical breakdown structure.

Serial Number

The serial number of the actual failed item.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session, for the specified Actual Failed Item.

If the FRACAS Order Origin is related to Service, and a physical breakdown structure is defined for the failure item, Infor LN allows you to select the physical breakdown structure.

Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.

Actual Quantity

The actual quantity of the items that must be reported as failure items.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Status is Open or Assigned and FRACAS Type is Instrument or Other.
Failure Code

The code of the type of failure.

Reference Designator

The location where the item component can be placed. This value is used to differentiate between two test group lines with the same data.

Repeated Failure

If this check box is selected, the reported failure is considered as a failure that has occurred again.

Failure Category

The category of the failure.

Failure Stage

The stage at which the failure is reported.

Instrument Group

The code of the instrument group.

Instrument

The code of the instrument that is used to identify the cause of the failure.

Instrument Number

The number of the instrument.

Failure Text

The additional information for the failure.

Technician

The engineer assigned to resolve the failure.

Note: You must specify this value if the FRACAS Status is set to Assigned.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Time Estimate

The estimated time required to resolve the failure.

Time Unit

The unit in which the time required to resolve the failure, is expressed.

Planned Start Date

The planned date and time when resolving the failure must be initiated.

Planned Completion Date

The planned date and time when resolving the failure must be completed.

Actual Start Date

The actual date and time when the resolution to the failure is started.

Actual Completion Date

The actual date and time when the failure is resolved.
