The serial number of the item.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session, for the specified Reported Failed Item. - Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.
 - Inventory Date
 - 
            
The inventory date assigned to the item when stored in the warehouse. This date is available when the warehouse outbound priority is LIFO/FIFO.

The quantity of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.
 - Actual Failed Item

The code of the actual item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.
Note:This field is enabled only if the Status is Open or Assigned and the FRACAS Type is set to Hardware or Non-Hardware.
If the FRACAS Order Origin is related to Service, and a physical breakdown structure is defined for the failure item, Infor LN allows you to select the physical breakdown structure.
