Use this session to view and modify the faults and the failure resolution linked to a specified FMEA.

Field Information

FMEA Number: The FMEA number that is generated for a specified structure.

Note: This field is defaulted from FMEA Number field in the FMEA Generation Structure (qmpqm1100m000) session.
Line: The failure mode for which failure resolution is provided.
Origin Order Sequence: The resolution sequence of the failure mode. Each failure mode can have multiple resolutions.
Severity Code: The code of the severity of the fault.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Severity Ranking: The value of the severity of the fault.

Note: This value is based on the Severity Code.
Critical Failure: If this check box is selected, the fault is a critical failure.
Potential Causes: The specific reason for the fault occurrence.
Occurrence Code: The code of the occurrence of the fault.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Occurrence Ranking: The ranking(probability) of the occurrence.

Note: This value is based on the Occurrence Code.
Current Controls: The procedure to prevent or detect the failure.
Detection Code: The detection code for a fault.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Detection Ranking: The ranking for a Detection Controls code.

Note: This value is based on the Detection Code.
Risk Priority Number: The value of the Risk Priority Number.
Recommended Actions: The text to indicated the recommended actions.
Person Responsible: The user id of the employee responsible for failure resolution.
Name: The description or name of the code.
Planned Completion Date: The date by which the FMEA must be completed.
Actions Taken: The status of the specific action implemented to reduce the risk to an acceptable level.
New Severity Code: The code of the Severity of the fault, after the recommended actions are implemented.
New Severity: The value of the severity of the fault.

New Occurrence Code: The code of the occurrence of the fault, after the recommended actions are implemented.
