Failure Codes by Failure Stage (qmpqm0123m000)
Use this session to create and maintain the failure codes for a particular failure stage, where the item failure is reported. You can also link the failure code to the failure category for a particular failure stage.
Note: You can view this session only if the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
