Folder Defaults

Folders are revision-controlled objects that are intrinsic to the functional processes supported by PLM Discrete. You can create and update a folder. You can also link items, files and documents as a reference to the folder. Each folder can be revision controlled using the Check In and Check Out operations. Folders can also be built as hierarchical structures, with parent-child links.

The folder default template is used to create default data for the folder. you can maintain default data for the PLM folder using theFolder Defaults (pdadm5155m000) session. Folder attributes can be defined using these tabs. Attributes are specifications or features defined for an object (Folder).
