Trade Cards (lphun4135m000)

Use this session to maintain the trade cards. The trade card contains shipment related data based on which the EKAER request is done.

Note: 
  • You can modify the trade card data only if the trade card status is other than Finalized or Deleted.
  • For trade cards that are linked to loads with Open status, you can modify the values of only these fields:
    • Trade Type
    • Modify by Carrier Allowed
    • Total Value Assured
  • For all the shipments of a load, only one EKAER must be requested.

Field Information

Load

The load that is linked to the trade card.

Preliminary Trade Card

The preliminary trade card to which the shipment is linked.

Trade Card

The trade card linked to the shipment.

The status of the trade card that is used for the shipment.

Planned Receipt Date

The planned receipt date for the shipment.

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner associated with the shipment.

Ship-to Country

The country to which the goods are shipped.

Total Weight

The total weight of the goods in the shipment.

Weight Unit

The unit in which the total weight of the goods is expressed.

Trade Type

The trade type linked to the trade card.

Trade Card Registry Date

The registration date of the trade card.

Trade Card Expiry Date

The date up to which the trade card is valid.

Value
Total Value

The total tax amount applicable for the goods in the shipment.

Total Value Currency

The currency in which the total tax amount is expressed.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Currency for Hungarian Forints field in the Hungarian Parameters (lphun0100m000) session.
Total Value Assured

The total value of the transport that has an assurance.

Tax Country

The tax country linked to the trade card.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Tax Number Sender

The tax number of the company that is sending the items.

Business Partner Tax Country
The tax country of the business partner linked to the trade card.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Tax Number Business Partner

The tax number of the business partner.

Plate numbers
Plate Number

The registration number of the vehicle that is used for the transport of the goods.

Note: 
  • The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Export
  • The Load Delivery Vehicle Plate Number is considered when the Trade Type is Import.
  • The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Domestic and Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is same as Delivery Vehicle Plate Number.
Plate Number Country
The international license plate country code of the country to which the registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.
Additional Plate Number
The additional registration plate number of the vehicle, such as trailer that is used for the transport of goods.
Additional Plate Number Country
The international license plate country code of the country to which the additional registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.
Communicated Plate Number

The registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Plate Number field, when the EKAER request is sent to the government authority.
Communicated Plate Number Country 

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Communicated Additional Plate Number

The additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Communicated Additional Plate Number Country

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Modification reasons
Plate Number Modification Reason

The reason for which the plate number is modified.

Note: You cannot modify this value if the value specified in the Plate Number field is same as the Communicated Plate Number field.
Status Modification Reason

The reason for which the trade card status is modified.
