People

For multiple logistic companies, depending on the required People functionality, several tables of the People (bp) package can or must be shared between these logistic companies. These table sets assume that the common tables as described for the General Multicompany setup are also shared between the logistic companies.

R70000 Central Employees (KT)

This table set contains the tables which must be shared to maintain the employees centrally.

Note: If employees have separate contracts of employment per logistic company, the Employee People Data (bpmdm001) must not be shared.

R70100 Central Hours Budget (KT)

In a Central Hours budget scenario the budgeted hours can be maintained central. To achieve this, tables from this table set must be shared.

R70200 Central Hours History (KT)

A Central Hours History scenario facilitates easy reporting and analyses of hours spent. To achieve this, tables from this table set must be shared.

R70300 Central Hours and Expenses Entry

To support a single session in which employees can specify hours and expenses for orders and projects of multiple logistic companies, the tables of this table set must be shared between the logistic companies.

To use this functionality, the tables from table sets R70000 Central Employees (KT) and R70200 Central Hours History (KT) must also be shared.

R70400 – Central Time Management

To support the setup of central master data for Extended Time Management in one logistic company on behalf of the other logistic companies, the tables of this table set can be shared between the logistic companies.

This functionality can be used only if the tables from table sets R050 and R700 are shared as well.

R74900 Maximum Sharing People

This table set contains all tables of the People (bp) package that can be shared. Tables that are not part of this table set cannot be shared.
