Shipment History (fmlbd5500m000)
Use this session to view the history data of shipments created in Freight. LN creates a history record of each change that is made to a shipment.
For details, refer to the online Help of the Shipments (fmlbd3100m000) session.
On the Specific menu, you can access the Shipment Line History (fmlbd5501m000) session and the Archive/Delete Freight Planning History (fmlbd5200m000) session.
Field Information
- User

The user logon code of the user who modified the shipment data related to the current history information.
- History Status
-
The current status of the shipment history data.
- Modified
-
This status is allocated if the data on which the current history information is based, is modified.
- Processed
-
This status is allocated if the record on which the current history information is based, has obtained the Closed status.
- Removed
-
This status is allocated if the header data related to the current history information is removed.
- Tax State/Province
-
The tax state or province of your own organization.
The value in this field is taken from the Tax and Registration Data (tctax2150m000) session.
Note:This field is applicable if, in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session, these settings are specified:
- The Extended Registration Management field is set to Active.
- The Optional Jurisdiction at State / Province Level check box is selected.
- Business Partner Tax State/Province

The tax state or province of your business partner.
The value in this field is taken from the Tax and Registration Data (tctax2150m000) session.
Note:This field is applicable if, in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session, these settings are specified:
- The Extended Registration Management field is set to Active.
- The Optional Jurisdiction at State / Province Level check box is selected.
