Additional information fields in Invoicing

The use of additional information fields is supported in various database tables in Invoicing.

The table lists the database tables in Invoicing to which you can link additional information fields. The table also contains the corresponding sessions in which you can view and maintain the additional information fields.

The additional information fields can be defined for these additional information definition levels:

Transferring additional information

The information in the additional fields can be transferred to additional information fields in other sessions in other tables. For example, if you specified a value in additional information field ExampleRef in the Contract Lines (tpctm1110m000) session, this value is transferred to the additional information field ExampleRef in the Billable Lines (cisli8110m000) session.

These additional information flows are supported in Invoicing:

Contract Lines (tpctm1110m000) / Contract Deliverables (tppdm7100m100) → Billable Lines (cisli8110m000) → Invoice Lines (cisli3110m000)
