Generate Data to Payroll (bpxtm5200m000)

Use this session to generate the attendance period data to payroll.

Field Information

Employee Group

The unique code of the employee group.

Period Table Code

The code of the period table.

Year

The year for which the data is generated.

Period Number

The period for which the data is generated.

Include already generated periods?

If this check box is selected, the attendance period data that are already generated are included in the export file.

Include already exported transactions?

If this check box is selected, the transactions that are already exported for a period are also included in the export file.

Note: 
  • For the new and modified transactions in a period that are already sent to the payroll, a new export file is created when the:
    • Include already generated periods? check box is selected.
    • Include already exported transactions? check box is cleared.
  • All transactions from a period is resent when the :
    • Include already generated periods? check box is selected.
    • Include already exported transactions? check box is selected.
