Attendance Types (bpxtm1150m000)

Use this session to view and maintain attendance types. The attendance types are exported to a payroll system with an export code, in hours and day's value.

Field Information

Attendance Type

The code of the attendance type.

Presence

The kind of presence to be defined for the attendance type.

Normal
Offsite
Travel
Absence
Standby
Creation Date

The date and time when the attendance type is created.

Created by

The user who creates the attendance type.

Last Modification Date

The date and time when the attendance type data is last modified.

Last Modified by

The user who last modifies the data.

Export
Export in Days

If this check box is selected, the attendance types data is included in export data, in hours and days.

Export Code

The unique code of the exported data for the attendance type.

Note: If the code is not specified in the field, the Attendance Type code is considered for export.
Reporting
Paid

Indicates if the reported hours are paid hours.

Include in Balance

Indicates if the reported hours are included in the balance reporting.

Count into Normal

Indicates if the reported hours are considered and reported as normal hours.

Overtime

Indicates if the reported hours are included as overtime hours in reporting.

Planned Absence

Indicates if the reporting hours are included as planned absence hours in reporting.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Presence is set to Absence.
Processing
Actual

If this check box is selected, the value specified for the Employment hours is considered as actual hours.

Create Remark

If this check box is selected, a remark is created when hours are booked for this attendance type.

Daily Carry Forward

If this check box is selected, the total hours of this attendance type is copied to the value of the next day to calculate a total of the two days.

Period Carry Forward

If this check box is selected, the total hours of this attendance type is copied to the value of the next period to calculate a total of the two periods.

Day Counter
Half Day Limit

Indicates if the number of hours is considered to be half day or a full day.

Note: For example, 5 hours in a day can be considered as half day but 6 hours can be a full day.
