Day-End Hours Accounting Processing (bptmm1205m000)
Use this session to close or activate hours transactions for the following transaction types:
- Production Order
- Assembly Order
- Project (PCS)
For these transaction types, hours can be processed if the status of the activity or operation is Closed.
Click the button to specify additional employee selection criteria in the Selection Details (bpmdm1800m000) session.
To reactivate interrupted transactions, select the Activate Interrupted Hours Transactions check box.
Field Information
- Close Hours Transactions Up To

The date up to which you wish to set the status of hours transactions to Closed.
- Activate

If this check box is selected, you can enter a date in the Activate Hours Transactions As Of field.
- Activate Hours Transactions As Of

The date as of which you wish to set the status of hours transactions to Active.
Note: This field is only available if the Activate check box is selected. - Activate Interrupted Hours Transactions

If this check box is selected, the status of interrupted hours transactions is set to Active.
Note: This field is only available if the Activate check box is selected. - Approve Closed Hours

If this check box is selected, closed hours transactions with status Closed will be approved.
- Process Closed Hours

If this check box is selected, hours transactions with status Closed will be processed.
Note: This field is only available if the Approve Closed Hours check box is selected.
