Copy Assignments (bpmdm0235m000)

Use this session to copy assignments from a single employee to a range of employees.

You can either specify a range of employees, or click Spec. Employees to select all (active) employees listed in the Specific Employees (bpmdm1140m000) session.

Note: The time range specified includes the start and finish date of the source assignment to be copied to the target employee(s). A different start date is assigned to the employees based on their employment date, who are yet to be onboarded.

Field Information

Employee: The code of the employee from whom you want to copy assignments.
General Task: If this check box is selected, you can specify a range for this transaction type.
Insert with Zero Hours: If this check box is selected, LN inserts all assignments as zero-hours lines. This enables employees to book hours without being confused or influenced by the labor and/or machine time hours indication as set on the assignments.
