Anonymize Employee (bpmdm0201m000)
Use this session to anonymize the persona data of an employee. You can generate a
certificate and a report as a proof of the anonymization.
Note: On the specific menu of the Employee 360 (bpmdm0101m100) and
Employees (bpmdm0601m000) sessions, click Anonymize and Report to launch this session.
Field Information
- Run as Simulation

If this check box is selected, a report is generated that simulates the data. The updated data not processed.
- Create Certificate

If this check box is selected, LN generates the certificate with the anonymized data and can be submitted to the employee as a proof of anonymization.
- Include Address data

If this check box is selected, LN prints and anonymizes the address of the employee.
- Include Pay-to BP

If this check box is selected, LN prints and anonymizes the personal data of the pay-to business partner.
