Archive Subcontracting Challans/ D3 Challans

After you delete the subcontracting or D3 challans, the deleted data such as Subcontracting challans, Shipments by D3 challan, D3 Challan, Receipt, Receipt line, Shipment, and Shipment line is displayed in the Subcontracting Challan History (lpind1585m100) and D3 Challan History (lpind1568m000) sessions.

To archive the data:

  1. Select a record in the Subcontracting Challan History (lpind1585m100) session.
  2. Click Delete/Archive from the Actions menu. The Archive/Delete Subcontracting Challan/D3 Challan History (lpind1285m000) session is displayed.
  3. Select one of these options:
    • Delete only
    • Archive only
    • Archive and Delete
  4. Click Continue. Infor LN archives the challan data.
