Source - Target sales contract

Use the Source - Target Sales Contract (laslsl300m000) session to register the data of origin (Country of Origin and Origin Zip Code) and destination (Country of Destination and Destination Postal Code) for each contract (contract header). This data is transferred to the sales order lines.

The sales order data is used for tax calculations of the invoice and subsequently used in the different reports that can be used for different tax settlement. Specify the data in these field:

Code of contract: The associate contract code origin - destination
Country of Origin: The country code from where the goods are shipped
Origin Postal Code: The ZIP Code of the origin from where the goods are shipped
Country of destination: The code of the destination country where the merchandise is sent
Destination Zip Code: The ZIP Code destination where the merchandise is sent

When the sales orders are generated from a delivery of an active contract contracts, the Source and the Target data in the sales order is defaulted from the Origin - Destination defined in the Sales Contract (laslsl300m000) session.

If the Origin (Country of Origin, Origin Zip Code) and Destination (Country of Destination, Destination Postal Code) data is not defined in the Sales Contract (laslsl300m000) session, the value is defaulted from the Company address data and the destination delivery address data defined in the Sales Orders (tdsls4100m00) session.
