Document Output Management Parameters (ttrpi2100s000)

Use this session to specify the Document Output Management (DOM) parameters.

Select an email solution.

CMF Service

If you selected the eMessage Connector check box, you can specify a CMF Service. Click the magnifying glass to zoom to the Service Providers (ttcmf0110m000) session

The CMF service specified in this field is used as the default CMF service for all document types. For individual document types, you can specify a different CMF service in the CMF Service field of the Document Type (ttrpi2510m100) details session.

Custom Library

If you selected the Custom check box, you must specify a custom library.

Block Outgoing Email for Domains

If this check box is selected, outgoing e-mail is blocked for all domains, except for the ones specified in Except for Domains. Use this field to prevent e-mails being sent to external parties if you still are testing your Document Output Management setup. During processing the distributions will be generated, but the actual sending of the e-mail will fail.

Except for Domains

A comma separated list of domains for which the outgoing e-mail is not blocked. For example: infor.com,mycompany.com.

Block Outgoing Email for Companies

If this check box is selected, outgoing e-mail is blocked for all companies, except for the ones specified in the Except for Companies filed. Use this field to prevent e-mails being sent from test companies

Except for Companies

A comma separated list of companies for which the outgoing e-mail is not blocked. For example: 102,103.

Fax Solution

Specify the desired fax solution.

Allowed values

Email Faxing If you select Email Faxing , the faxes are sent using the specified e-mail solution.
Custom If you select Custom , you must specify a custom library.
Fax Mail Address

The Fax mail address. In this mail address you can use the string #faxnumber#. This string is replaced by the actual fax number of the destination.

Publish Alerts

If this check box is selected, alerts must be published when a failure occurs in DOM. Alerts can only be published when ION is used.

LN content pack for ION version 19 contains a monitor for the LnMessage BOD that is sent from DOM in case of a failure.

When the BOD publishing public interface is not available, the alert settings cannot be changed and are not visible.

Alert Level

Specify the alert level, which determines how many alerts are sent.

  • Batch: One alert for each failing batch
  • Document: One alert for each failing document
  • Destination: One alert for each failing destination.

You must define distribution of alerts in ION Desk.

PDF Compression

Specify the level of PDF optimization to reduce the size of PDF documents when processing DOM documents.

The compression level can be overruled by document type in the Document Types (ttrpi2510m000)details session.
