If an object has the “Blocked” status, because of a validation upgrade, you can use this option to perform the required corrective actions.
- Check In
- Checks in the selected object.
The object must have the Approval Received status.
- Approve Recall Request
- Moves pending Workflow objects to the Recall Requested status.
Only use this command in exceptional cases. Normally, the "Approve Recall Request" action is performed from ION.
- Re-edit
- Changes the status of the selected object toDraft (Revision).
The object must have the Approval Received status.
This option is added for emergency situations when the workflow status is stuck at the Approval Received status. This may be caused by a User/Server disconnection.
- Revert All Blocked
- Globally resets objects that have the “Blocked” status, because of a validation upgrade, to the Approved status. You cannot select any objects. All blocked objects, of all companies within the current package combination, are processed.
- Enforced Undo
- Use this command if correction of OCM Workflow data is required.
In previous versions, in exceptional cases, the General Table Maintenance (ttaad4100) session was required to find and correct the OCM Workflow data. This is a cumbersome process. Instead, use the Enforced Undo command to perform these corrections in a more user-friendly way.
Note:- Porting set 9.3j or later is required.
- This command is only available for super users.
