Initialize Document Hub (ttdms3200m000)

Use this session to initialize the Document Hub.

Before you can use the Document Hub, you must initialize it.

These components are created during the initialization:

Applications and their attributes
Document management systems and their document type attributes

After the initialization process, you must run the Document Mapping (ttdms3550m100) session to map the document type attributes to the application attributes. If you re-initialize the Document Hub, the existing attribute mappings are not affected.

Field Information

Initialize Applications: If this check box is selected, applications and application attributes are created or updated.
Initialize Document Management Systems: If this check box is selected, document management systems, document types, and document type attributes are created or updated.
Overwrite: If this check box is selected, existing records are overwritten.
Validate Existing Document Type Attribute Mappings: If this check box is selected, attribute mappings are validated. The validation result is printed on a report.
