Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000)

Field Information

Active

If this check box is selected, the audit profile is active, and its settings are applied when you you convert them to run time, with the Create Runtime Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000) session.

Note: If several profiles are active and their configurations differ, the broadest scope applies. For example, if one profile is defined for company 1 to 3, and another profile for company 2 to 5, then the tables in companies 1 to 5 are audited. The same rule applies on a more detailed level for the tables and fields, and for the audit type that is defined for them.
All Companies

If this check box is selected, all companies are included in this profile.

Note: If this check box is cleared, you must select a company group. If this check box is cleared, but no company group is selected, the session will select this check box when you save your data.
