Aggregate User Authorizations (ttams4230m000)
Use this session to aggregate or print the maximal authorization by Normal User, Company and Session. The authorizations are aggregated for normal users and sessions related to the current package combination of the user specified in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session and based on the Role Assignments. In Session Authorizations (ttams4110m000) you can define these authorizations levels:
- Explicit defined in DEM.
- By specific company, role, session and time-interval.
- By role, session and time-interval for all companies.
- By specific company, role, package, module and time-interval.
- By role, package, module and time-interval for all companies.
- By specific company, role, package and time-interval.
- By role, package and time-interval for all companies.
- By specific company, role and time-interval.
- By role and time-interval for all companies.
During aggregation the highest authorization level is deducted by company and role for sessions that are belonging to a specific package combination within the specified range. A single record is stored during the second stage. This record is based on the user role assignments, for the highest session authorization per user and company. That record does include a role and time-interval resulting in the highest authorization.
