Session Authorizations by Company (ttams3133m000)
Use this session to maintain the session authorizations at company level, per role. This means that the normal users that are linked to the role can be given restricted access to data of a specified range of companies.
You can define the session authorizations for a specific company of for all companies. The authorizations for the specific company have the highest priority in this case.
You can define the actions permitted for the session. For example, display, insert, delete, modify, and so on.
You can also define a time interval in which the users that are linked to the role are authorized to activate a session.
You can use the appropriate menu to:
- Change the time interval.
- Copy a range of companies in the current role.
- Convert the changes to the run-time data dictionary.

If this check box is selected, the authorizations are defined for all companies.
If authorizations are defined for a specific company, as well as for all companies, they can overlap. The authorizations for a specific company have the highest priority. If you want to define authorizations for a specific company, you must define the company in the next field.

Specifies the code of the specific company for which the session authorizations are defined.

Specifies the type of authorization that is defined for the session authorizations in the specified company. This information is used by the bshell to determine whether a user is authorized to start a session. It is also used by the 4GL engine to determine the options accessible by the user.
