Import Configurations (ttaad7204m000)

Use this session to import configurations that are exported with the Export Configurations (ttaad7203m000) session.

On the Import Settings tab you can select the configurations to import. Specify where to retrieve the import file. This can be from a client file or a server file or an additional file. You can drag/drop the file into the field.

Buttons

These options are available:

Import
Click this button to start the import process.

Field Information

Enhanced AMS

If this check box is selected, you can specify the check boxes to import on the Enhanced AMS tab.

Table Sharing

If this check box is selected, you can specify the check boxes on the Table Sharing tab.

The types of import:

  • All Sets. This imports all the data that is exported.
  • Sets Linked to Package Combination. This option imports Table Sharing Sets that are linked to a specific package combination. During import you can link the set to another or the same package combination.

The status of Table Sharing Sets that are imported are set to the Draft status.

Electronic Signature

If this check box is selected, you can specify the options of how to import the documents to sign on the Electronic Signature tab.

Client

If this check box is selected, you can import an XML output file from the client that is generated in a zipfile. A header file containing the general export information; the file name is post fixed with ‘_h’).

Server

If this check box is selected, you can import an XML output file from the server that is generated in a zipfile. A header file containing the general export information; the file name is post fixed with ‘_h’). Click the arrow to start the File browser.

Additional File

If this check box is selected, you can import the additional file. Specify the package code of the additional file. You can zoom to the Packages (ttadv1100m000) session.

For multi tenant cloud the file must be imported in the predefined package tx.

Module code of the additional file.

Additional File

Select the imported file that is generated in a zipfile. An XML data file for each processed data type. The file name is post fixed with ‘_[sequence number]).

Exports are stored as cfg (configuration) file. Filtering is possible during the import part. You can zoom to the Additional Files (ttadv2575m000) session.
