Data Cleanup Jobs (ttaad5200m000)
Use this session to generate and schedule jobs that clean up data.
Jobs to clean up data can be generated for these sessions:
- Purge Device Queue (ttaad3221m000)
- Cleanup Queued Items (ttrpi4200m000)
- Cleanup Batches (ttrpi3200m000)
- Purge Audit Files (ttaad4261m000)
- Delete Job History (ttaad5210m000)
- Delete User History (ttaad2202m000)
- Delete Messages (ttcmf1200m000)
- Purge Staged Data (ttdpm4210m000)
Click Job Data (ttaad5500m000) session.
to schedule and run the jobs for the specified data. The jobs are automatically queued, which you can view in theJob names always start with the DATA_CLEANUP_ prefix. If required, you can generate the jobs and then modify the automatically generated session settings to meet specific criteria.

This field is used when you clean up data in the Delete Job History (ttaad5210m000) and Purge Audit Files (ttaad4261m000) sessions. All other jobs generated through the current session are created in company 0000.

- If this check box is selected, a job is generated to clean up data through the Purge Device Queue (ttaad3221m000) session.
- Keep data not older than
- The number of days to keep the data. Only the data outside this retention period is cleaned up by the job.
- Delete User History
- If this check box is selected, a job is generated to clean up data through the Delete User History (ttaad2202m000) session.
- Keep data not older than
- The number of days to keep the data. Only the data outside this retention period is cleaned up by the job.
- Cleanup Queued Items
- If this check box is selected, a job is generated to clean up data through the Cleanup Queued Items (ttrpi4200m000) session.
- Keep data not older than
- The number of days to keep the data. Only the data outside this retention period is cleaned up by the job.
- Cleanup Batches (DOM)
- If this check box is selected, a job is generated to clean up data through the Cleanup Batches (ttrpi3200m000) session.
