Table Sharing Sets (tltsm1115m000)
Use this session to maintain table sharing sets.
Modification
To modify a table sharing set, double-click a record. This starts the Table Sharing Sets (tltsm1115m009) session.
Verification
To verify the table sets of a table sharing set for a particular logical company, select a record, and click
on the menu bar.To view the results of a previous verification action, select a record, and click
on the menu bar.Make the table sharing set actual
Before you can make the table sharing set actual, you must perform these steps:
- Set all the table sharing set's table sets to Approved
- Verify the table sharing set.
- Change the table sharing set's status to Approved.
To make the data in the Logical Tables (ttaad4120m000) session equal to the table sharing defined in the table sharing set, select a record, and click on the menu.
Formcommands
The
menu contains several commands. A few commands just start other sessions, but these commands require more explanation:- Import from Logical Tables
- Imports all data from the Logical Tables (ttaad4120m000) session into the Table Sharing Modeler. An actual table sharing set is created that contains the configuration from the Logical Tables.
- Verifies each of the tables sets in the table sharing set for references to tables which are not shared.
- Use this command to copy a table sharing set to another package combination.
This command starts the Select Package Combination (tltsm0250m000) session. In this session, you can select the new package combination. After selecting the package combination, the table sharing set is copied to a new version. In this version, the package combination is set to the new package combination. When this table sharing set is made actual through the Make Table Sharing Set Actual (tltsm0210m000)action, the Actual in Next Package Combination check box is selected.
- Compare Actual Table Sharing with Runtime
- This compares the table sharing setup that is active in the Table Sharing Modeler
with the setup that is configured at runtime.
If differences are found, then this is shown in a report.
