Titles can now be edited for widgets. Consequently, users can rename the widgets to their liking. Additionally, these new languages are supported for widgets:

  • Finnish (FI)
  • Hungarian (HU)
  • Romanian (RO)
  • Swedish (SV)
  • Thai (TH)
  • Vietnamese (VI)

Production Planner homepage

The new Production Planner homepage is a preconfigured homepage for the production planner role.

This homepage is linked to the Industry Process Catalogue (IPC) model for this role. The main focus is on the planned production and planned production schedule and the associated alerts.

The person who logs in to this homepage is assumed to be the production planner. The data displayed is based on the items for which the production planner is responsible.

This homepage supports these capabilities:

  • Confirmation and transfer of planned orders
  • Scatter diagrams, which provide another way to look at the alerts for a particular planner

Call Center Clerk homepage

The new Call Center Clerk homepage is a preconfigured homepage for the service call center employee role.

This homepage contains widgets about open service calls or escalated calls, which require immediate action.

Service Support Engineer homepage

The new Service Support Engineer homepage is a preconfigured homepage for the service support engineer role.

This homepage includes banner widgets and regular widgets.

Supply Chain Planner homepage

The new Supply Chain Planner homepage is a preconfigured homepage for the supply chain planner role.

This homepage is linked to the Industry Process Catalogue (IPC) model for this role. The main focus is on the planned distribution and planned purchase orders and the associated alerts.
