Attached Hard Copies (dmdoc3520m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the list of hard copies attached to a document revision.
If the document revision status is In-Design, you can perform the following actions:
- Attach hard copies to the document revision.
 - Detach hard copies from the document revision.
 - Upgrade the hard-copy attributes for new hard-copy revisions, if hard copy revisions are supported.

Example, the status can be In Design, Submitted, or Approved.

The additional status for the document revision, if any.

The hard copy ID that acts as a unique identifier of the hard copy.
 - Hard Copy Revision
 - 
            
The version of the hard copy revision.

A brief description of the hard copy.
 - Location
 - 
            
The location of the hard copy. This field provides information about the hard copy of the files that are stored at various locations. Click the browse arrow to select a location from the Location (dmdoc3110m000) session.

A description of the location.
 - Medium
 - 
            
The medium of the hard copy. This field shows the medium in which the hard copy is stored, Example: paper, disk, CD-ROM, and so on. Click the browse arrow to select a medium from the Medium (dmdoc3130m000) session.

A description of the medium.
 - Page Size
 - 
            
The size of paper on which the hard copy of the files is stored, for Example: A2, A4, and so on. Click the browse arrow to enter a page size in the Size (dmdoc3140m000) session.

The number of pages of the hard copy.
