Print Change Requests (dmchm0401m000)

Use this session to print change request details. Use the following format to identify the change request to be included in the report :

Standard Report: Enter the values in the relevant from and to fields to identify the range of change requests you want to include in the report.

Query Based Report: Select the Query Based check box and use the browse arrow to select a predefined change request query, or create a new query.

Click Print and select one of the available reports.

You can sort the report by:

  • Change request
  • Change request status
  • Request reviewer
  • Request status/change request
  • Change request/change
Change Request (From)

The From and To fields define a range of: change request.

Reviewer (From)

Print Description

If this check box is selected, the description is displayed.

Secondary Status

If this check box is selected, the secondary status appears.

Print Query Report

If this check box is selected, the Query option is available so that user can filter the data to be sent to report.

Query

The query code. Use the browse arrow to select the query from the Query (dmqry0501m000) session.

Note: The field is available only if the Print Query Report check box is selected.
