使用此进程以根据现有事务处理重建期初余额和历史记录。

如果单击“重建”，LN 为选定分类帐科目和与其链接的分帐重建历史记录。

要重建历史记录，建议将该进程运行两次：

  1. 为带有子科目零的总帐科目和分帐从事务处理重建历史记录。
  2. 为父科目和分帐重建历史记录。

为带有子科目零的总帐科目和分帐重建历史记录，仅需选中以下复选框之一：

  • “会计期 ”
  • “报表期 ”
  • “期初余额”.

要为父科目和分帐重建历史记录，选中“重建父科目历史记录”和“重建父分帐历史记录”复选框，并清除剩余复选框。

注意

在重建过程中，没有需要在当前财务公司中输入或生成的财务事务处理。否则，重建可能失败，或者结果可能不可靠。

使用该进程的原因

您可以使用此进程的原因包括：

  • 为了在财务年度结算之前确保所有历史记录事务处理与已定案的事务处理相匹配。
  • 在历史记录不正确（例如，因系统故障产生错误）的情况下使用。
注意

在对科目表或分帐科目表的结构进行更改后，不要使用该进程重建历史记录。在这种情况下，可使用以下进程：

  • “重建父科目历史记录 (tfgld3201m000)”
  • “重建父分帐历史记录 (tfgld3202m000)”

绩效

要为带有子科目零的总帐科目和分帐从事务处理计算历史记录，将占用 LN 服务器的大部分性能。如果将该处理分割至多个 bshell，则能够提高性能。

例如，如果启动三个 bshell，则可以在每个 bshell 启动一个重建处理，选择以下复选框：

如果选中此复选框， Infor LN uses the job reference date to rebuild the opening balance or history data based on existing transactions.

The date and time when the opening balance or history data based on existing transactions is rebuilt.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the 使用作业参考日期 check box is selected.

财务公司

The financial company for which you rebuild the history.

By default, LN displays the current company. You can rebuild the history for other companies of the financial company group.

You must be authorized to rebuild the history for the selected company number.

年度

The fiscal year for which you rebuild the history.

By default, LN displays the current year. You can rebuild the history for another fiscal year.

You cannot select a fiscal year that has been closed finally.

分类科目

The 自 and 至 fields define the range of ledger accounts for which LN rebuilds the history.

会计期

如果选中此复选框， LN rebuilds the history from the transactions for the ledger accounts and dimensions with sublevel zero, for the fiscal periods.

报表期

如果选中此复选框， LN rebuilds the history from the transactions for the ledger accounts and dimensions with sublevel zero, for the reporting periods.

如果选中此复选框， LN rebuilds the opening balances of the ledger accounts and dimensions with sublevel zero.

The opening balances consist of the balances at the end of the previous financial period.

重建父科目历史记录

如果选中此复选框， LN rebuilds the ledger history for the parent accounts of the selected ledger accounts.

重建父分帐历史记录

如果选中此复选框， LN rebuilds the dimension history for the parent dimensions of the dimensions that are linked to the selected ledger accounts.
