处理财务报表值 (tffst1205m000)

使用此进程以组合财务报表定义和“导出财务值 (tffst1204m000)”进程中导出的财务值。因此，已经填写“财务报表值 (tffst300)”表。然后，可以在“财务报表值 (tffst3500m000)”进程中查看所有报表的详细资料。

如果在运行“处理财务报表值 (tffst1205m000)”进程时选择“导出财务报表科目结构”复选框，则同步导出财务报表的父子结构。只有首次处理财务报表，或自上次导出之后报表科目结构有所更改时，才能选中该复选框。

运行“处理财务报表值 (tffst1205m000)”进程后，还会导出报表科目的结构，您可以使用外部报告编写器从报表初始化报告，并访问在此进程中选定的全部财务报表。

设置

数据来源: Specify whether the actual data is used (from the history data), the budget data, or both.
期间类型: Select the period type that you want to use to process financial values.

Note:
This field is only available if 数据来源 is set to 实际 or 二者.

选择范围

使用作业参考日期: 如果选中此复选框， Infor LN uses the job reference date to process the financial statement definitions with the financial values that are exported from 财务管理.
作业参考日期: The date and time when the financial statement values that are exported from 财务管理 are processed.

Note:
This field is enabled only if the 使用作业参考日期 check box is selected.
财务报表: The range of financial statements for which you want to process the financial statement values.
预算代码: The range of budgets for which you want to process the financial statement values.
年度/期间: The range of time in the export selection.
财务公司: The range of companies in the export selection. You can process the values of a range of companies that belong to the same group company.

导出选项

导出财务报表科目结构

如果选中此复选框， the financial statement accounts structure is exported.

You only need to select this check box if you process the financial statement for the first time, or if you changed the statement account structure after the last export.

LN exports the financial statement accounts structure from the financial statement accounts definition to the 财务报表 reporting tables.

导出总帐科目分级结构

To export the ledger account hierarchy from the chart of accounts to the 财务报表 reporting tables, select this check box.

LN exports all ledger account hierarchies for the selected range of companies. If you want to export a selected range of ledger account hierarchies, you can use the 导出总帐科目分级结构 (tffst1230m000) session.

The exported hierarchy can be used together with the financial values and financial statement account hierarchy to create reports along the ledger account hierarchy.

导出分帐分级结构

To export the dimension hierarchies from the dimension master to the 财务报表 reporting tables, select this check box.

LN exports all dimension hierarchies for the selected range of companies. If you want to export a selected range of dimension hierarchies, you can use the 导出分帐分级结构 (tffst1240m000) session.

The exported hierarchies can be used with the financial values to create reports along the dimension hierarchies.
