Archive and Delete / Terminate Sales Contracts (tdsls3203m000)

使用此进程以 terminate, delete, and archive sales contracts.

You can also combine these actions for a sales contract.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 已实施销售合同存档 check box is selected in the 销售合同参数 (tdsls0100s300) session.
  • Before sales schedules and sales orders can be archived, first the sales contracts must be archived.

You cannot terminate a sales contract if an open sales schedule is linked to the contract. To terminate the contract, you must terminate the schedule first.

You cannot delete a sales contract if:

  • At least for one contract line, the called quantity is not equal to zero.
  • The contract is linked to an order or open schedule.
  • The 删除前评估合同 check box in the 销售合同参数 (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, and the session's contract lines are not yet evaluated.
  • The contract is 活动.

可以根据合同类型选择要终止/删除的合同。

设置
存档或删除

处理数据的方法。

可以选择“删除”、“存档”或“两者”。

终止
终止期满合同

If this check box is selected,并且状态为“自由”或“活动”的选定合同的过期日期早于当前日期且在选定的过期日期范围内，则合同的状态将变为“终止”。

删除
删除创建中的合同

如果选中此复选框，则会删除状态为“自由”的选定合同。

删除已终止合同

如果选中此复选框，则会删除状态为“终止”的所有选定合同。

注意
  • 选中了“终止期满合同”复选框的合同也将被删除。
  • 如果选中“销售合同参数 (tdsls0100s300)” 进程的“删除前评估合同”复选框，则在合同行尚未评估之前不能删除合同。
删除链接的条款和条件

如果选中此复选框，则还会删除那些链接至销售合同的条款和条件协议。

存档
原始公司

存档数据的公司。

目标存档公司

数据传输到的存档公司。

注意

此公司从“已实施的软件组件 (tccom0500m000)” 进程中的“目标存档公司”字段进行检索。

存档截至日期

必须存档数据的截至日期。

存档公用主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档公用数据管理子系统中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档销售主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档销售中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 也可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程存档通用数据。
存档文本

如果选中此复选框，则还会存档文本。

改写文本

如果选中此复选框，则使用原始文本替换存档公司中的已有文本。
