使用此进程以显示：

某个采购订单行或采购进度计划的有效特殊合同。
采购订单行或采购进度计划的适当常规合同。

还可以将合同链接至采购订单行或采购进度计划。如果选择一个合同行（详细资料），则链接至该合同的价格及折扣将适用于采购订单行或采购计划。

仅在以下情况下，可以将采购合同链接至采购订单行或采购进度计划：

合同的状态为“活动”。
合同已生效。

采购部门的代码。

注意

如果合同行的类型为“详细资料”，并且清除“使用企业采购合同”复选框，则必须指定此值。
当“采购部门”设置为除零以外的值时，会启用此字段。
此值默认用于指定的物流公司。
如果合同行的类型为“详细资料”，则无法修改此值。

采购部门

A department in your organization that is responsible for buying the materials and services required by your organization. You assign number groups to the purchase office.

因为合同行不能具有材料价格附加费，所以此字段显示合计材料基本价格。
