The business partner from whom you order goods or services; this usually represents a supplier's sales department. The definition includes the default price and discount agreements, purchase-order defaults, delivery terms, and the related ship-from and invoice-from business partner.

采购合同的状态。

可以在“采购合同 (tdpur3100m000)” 进程中使用以下按钮指定每个合同的状态：

• 终止
• 激活
• 停用

合同可以具有下列状态：

• “自由”：创建合同时，合同状态将自动设置为“自由”。只有当合同状态为“自由”时，才能对合同进行更改。
• “活动”：可以将采购订单/计划/报价单链接至处于“活动”状态的合同。如果合同的状态为“活动”，并且清除了“采购合同参数 (tdpur0100m300)” 进程中的“始终允许维护合同”复选框，则不能停用合同。
• “终止”：合同终止后，就不能再进行使用。
