Archive and Delete Purchase Contract History (tdpur3202m000)

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 已实施采购合同历史记录存档 check box is selected in the 采购合同参数 (tdpur0100m300) session.
  • If financial transactions are logged for the purchase contract, which you can define in the 记录财务经济事务处理 field of the 采购合同参数 (tdpur0100m300) session, you can only delete purchase contract history if the financial transactions of the contract (line) are processed in a financial period that has the status 已结 or 最终结算. You can view the status of the financial period in the 期间状态 (tfgld0107m000) session.
  • If a purchase office is not specified for the purchase contract line, no financial transactions are written to 财务. As a result, LN does not check the status of the financial period.

原始公司

存档数据的公司。

目标存档公司

数据传输到的存档公司。

注意

此公司从“已实施的软件组件 (tccom0500m000)” 进程中的“目标存档公司”字段进行检索。

存档公用主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档公用数据管理子系统中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档采购主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档采购管理中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档文本

如果选中此复选框，则还会存档文本。

改写文本

如果选中此复选框，则使用原始文本替换存档公司中的已有文本。
