You can also define nonphysical items, which are not retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The examples of nonphysical items:

- Subcontracting services

如果选中此复选框，则在成本物料的发票匹配过程中自动在“匹配的采购发票/对帐单行事务处理 (tfacp1133s000)” 进程中检索分类科目和分帐。不需要启动“匹配的采购发票/对帐单行事务处理 (tfacp1133s000)” 进程进行匹配。
如果清除此复选框，则必须人工指定分类科目和分帐。启动“匹配的采购发票/对帐单行事务处理 (tfacp1133s000)” 进程时，将在“默认分类科目/分帐”组框中检索分类科目和分帐的默认值。您可以接受默认值，也可以在“分类科目/分帐”组框中人工指定其它值。
