条款和条件标识

An agreement between business partners about the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods, in which you can define detailed terms and conditions about orders, schedules, planning, logistics, invoicing, and demand pegging, and define the search mechanism to retrieve the correct terms and conditions.

The agreement includes the following:

A header with the type of agreement and the business partner(s).
Search levels with a search priority and a selection of search attributes (fields) and linked terms and conditions groups.
One or more lines with the values for the search levels’ search attributes.
Terms and conditions groups with detailed terms and conditions about orders, schedules, planning, logistics, invoicing, and demand pegging for the lines.

搜索等级

A priority level for searching and selecting a terms and conditions line. Search levels include a selection of search attributes (fields) and linked terms and conditions groups.

行

The number used to identify the position of the terms and conditions line on the terms and conditions agreement or the terms and conditions template.

生效日期

The first day on which a record or a setting is valid. The effective date often includes the effective time.

过期日期

The date from which a record or a setting is no longer valid. The expiry date often includes the expiry time.

适用的活动调整销售进度计划

如果选中此复选框， nonreferenced sales schedules must be adjusted in the sales schedule procedure.

将填充逻辑应用至参考进度计划

如果选中此复选框， Infor LN considers the fill-up logic specified for a package definition in the 处理单元模板 (whwmd4160m000) session, during the approval of a Referenced Schedule in the 核准销售进度计划 (tdsls3211m000) session.

调整销售进度计划

如果选中此复选框， sales schedule requirements are automatically adjusted in the sales schedule procedure.

如果清除此复选框， you can adjust sales schedules in the 调整销售进度计划 (tdsls3210m000) or 核准销售进度计划 (tdsls3211m000) sessions.

Note:

Sales schedule adjustment is an optional step in the sales schedule procedure.
Sales schedule adjustment is executed after the sales schedule is created.

核准参考销售进度计划

如果选中此复选框， referenced schedules are automatically approved.

如果清除此复选框， you can approve a referenced sales schedule:

By sales schedule header, in the 核准销售进度计划 (tdsls3211m000) session, or from the appropriate menu of the 销售进度计划 (tdsls3111m000) session.
By pick-up sheet, in the 核准接货表 (tdsls3211m200) session, or from the appropriate menu of the 接货表 (tdsls3107m100) session.
By sales schedule line, from the appropriate menu of the 销售进度计划行 (tdsls3107m000) session. In this case, you can approve a referenced schedule, reference by reference.

Note:

Sales schedule approval is executed after the sales schedule is created.

核准非参考销售进度计划

如果选中此复选框， nonreferenced sales schedules are automatically approved.

如果清除此复选框， you can approve the schedule:

By sales schedule header, in the 核准销售进度计划 (tdsls3211m000) session.
From the appropriate menu of the 销售进度计划 (tdsls3111m000) session.

Note:

Sales schedule approval is executed after the sales schedule is adjusted, or, if the 适用的活动调整销售进度计划 check box is cleared, after the sales schedule is created.

下达参考销售进度计划至订单

如果选中此复选框， referenced schedules or planned warehouse orders for referenced schedules are automatically released to a warehousing order after schedule approval.

如果清除此复选框， you must release (planned warehouse orders for) referenced sales schedules to a warehousing order in the 下达销售进度计划至订单 (tdsls3207m000) or 下达接货表至仓储 (tdsls3207m100) session.

Note:

If the 将合同用于进度计划 check box is selected in the 销售进度计划参数 (tdsls0100s500) session, a planned warehouse order is automatically generated or updated when a sales schedule is approved.

下达非参考销售进度计划至订单

如果选中此复选框， nonreferenced schedules or planned warehouse orders for nonreferenced schedules are automatically released to a warehousing order after schedule approval.

如果清除此复选框， you must release nonreferenced sales schedules to a warehousing order in the 下达销售进度计划至订单 (tdsls3207m000) session.

Note:

生成直接交货的采购进度计划

如果选中此复选框， a purchase schedule is automatically generated after the sales schedule is approved, in case of a direct delivery.

下达参考进度计划延交订单

如果选中此复选框， planned warehouse orders for backorders linked to referenced schedules are automatically released to 仓储管理子系统.

如果清除此复选框， you must release planned warehouse orders for backorders to a warehousing order in the 下达销售进度计划至订单 (tdsls3207m000) session.

Note:

下达非参考进度计划延交订单

如果选中此复选框， planned warehouse orders for backorders linked to non-referenced schedules are automatically released to 仓储管理子系统.

如果清除此复选框， you must release planned warehouse orders for backorders to a warehousing order in the 下达销售进度计划至订单 (tdsls3207m000) session.

Note:

下达直接交货的延交订单

如果选中此复选框， a backorder specified for direct delivery is automatically released. This backorder results in the generation of a new purchase schedule line.

参考装运进度计划

如果选中此复选框， sales schedule revision numbers are used for referenced schedules.

如果清除此复选框， for referenced schedules, sales schedule updates are not indicated by sales schedule revision numbers.

Note:

This check box is only applicable if the 将合同用于进度计划 check box is selected in the 销售进度计划参数 (tdsls0100s500) session.

顺序装运进度计划

如果选中此复选框， sales schedule revision numbers are used for sequence shipping schedules.

如果清除此复选框， for sequence shipping schedules, sales schedule updates are not indicated by sales schedule revision numbers.

Note:

This check box is only applicable if the 将合同用于进度计划 check box is selected in the 销售进度计划参数 (tdsls0100s500) session.

链接至接货表的进度计划

如果选中此复选框， sales schedule revision numbers are used for schedules linked to a pick-up sheet.

如果清除此复选框， for schedules linked to a pick-up sheet, sales schedule updates are not indicated by sales schedule revision numbers.

同步累计量

如果选中此复选框， when a sales release is processed into a sales schedule (revision), your sales schedule cumulatives are synchronized and/or reset with the cumulative data received from an external component.

如果清除此复选框， cumulatives are updated based on an order-based or receipt-based cumulative model, as defined in the 使用的累计模型 field of the 销售合同行物流数据 (tdsls3102m000) session.

必须填入外部装箱单

如果选中此复选框， the 装箱单（外部） must be specified for a consumption in the 库存消耗行 (tdsls4141m000) session.

允许重复外部装箱单

如果选中此复选框， when processing a sales schedule consumption in the 库存消耗行 (tdsls4141m000) session, you can use an external packing slip that was already used before for a combination of sold-to business partner, ship-to business partner, and item.

如果清除此复选框， and an external packing slip was already used before, consumption processing is blocked.

装运累计量更新

Specify when your internal shipped cumulatives are inserted in the 装运累计量 (tdsls3532m000) session.

允许值

装运至 VMI 仓库: 在 LN 仓储管理子系统中确认装运到进货方仓库（VMI 仓库）时，更新装运累计量。
按客户列出的消耗: 在收到并处理库存消耗消息后，更新装运累计量。

上次装运标识确定

Specify how the last shipment ID is determined for matching customer and supplier cumulatives (CUMs).

Note:

You can only specify this field if the 同步累计量 check box is cleared.
The value of this field is retrieved when a sales release is processed into a sales schedule (revision).

如果在生成销售下达前，客户并未收到供应商发出的全部装运，则在途装运可通过比较供应商的下达创建日期与供应商的（您的）系统中的计划收货日期来确定。

此假设基于下达创建日期接近于客户的下达生成日期。

供应商的上次装运

上次装运标识以供应商的上次派送装运为基础来确定。

此假设基于在生成销售下达前，供应商的上次装运已被接收，因此没有在途装运。

始终自动更新和创建新计划交货行

This check box determines how planned warehouse orders are handled during sales schedule line (revision) approval.

如果选中此复选框， LN automatically updates linked planned warehouse orders and creates new ones if existing ones cannot be updated.

如果清除此复选框， LN automatically updates linked planned warehouse orders, but does not create new ones if existing ones cannot be updated.

仅为增加的数量创建额外计划交货行

如果选中此复选框， if existing planned warehouse orders cannot be updated, LN creates new planned warehouse orders if the new schedule line has an increased quantity. The new planned warehouse order is created only for the quantity difference.

Note:

You can select this check box only if the 始终自动更新和创建新计划交货行 check box is also selected.

The option to determine the date that must be used to create a new planned delivery lines, If the existing planned delivery line cannot be updated.
