登记 (tctax2620m000)

使用此进程可定义税务登记详细资料，如标识号、生效日期等。

注意

只有在以下情况下，才能访问此进程：

  • 在概念激活 (tcemm4600m100) 进程中，“扩展的登记管理”设置为“活动”。
  • 在全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000) 进程中，“按征税国家/地区登记”设置为“活动”。

注意

仅当选中“全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000)”进程中的“按登记列出的多个管辖权”复选框时，Infor LN 才允许您在“管辖权”标签上针对税务登记定义管辖权数据。

标识

The unique alphanumeric code issued by the tax registration authority. This code is used to identify the enterprise in the country of issue. The length and the structure of the ID differs by country and type.

用于法定报告的名称

The name linked to the registration ID which can be used on the legal reports.

法定地址

The code of the legal address linked to the enterprise that uses the registration. This address can be printed on documents and reports related to the registration.

姓名

The name associated with the registered address of the tax registration.

签发国家/地区

The code of the country in which the registration is issued. When entering a new registration, the country is defaulted from the legal address, but can be modified. The identification number and the verification are associated with the selected country.

国家

The code of the country for which the tax registration is defined.

签发州/省

The state or province of the country in which the tax registration is issued.

登记类型

The type of tax registration applicable for the country.

Note: 

This value is defaulted from the 默认登记类型 field in the 全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000) session. However, you can modify this value.

This field is displayed and enabled only if the 多个登记类型 check box is selected in the 全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000) session.

This field is displayed only if the 登记 (非税) field is set to 活动 in the 全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000) session.

登记类别

The category of the tax registration.

Note: 

This field is displayed only if the 登记 (非税) field is set to 活动 in the 全局登记参数 (tctax2100m000) session.

登记状态

The status of the tax registration.

Note: 

When entering a new registration, the registration status is defaulted to 已申请. After automatic verification of the specified identification number, you can use the 核准 option from the Actions menu to approve the registration. This means that, as for now, only approved registrations can exist in the system.

This field can be set to 已核准 only if the 验证状态 is 完成 or 不适用.

登记机关

The tax authority which issued the registration ID.

负责员工

The person who requested the registration on behalf of the company.

登记日期

The date when the tax registration is issued.

生效日期

The date and time from when the registration is valid.

过期日期

The date and time until when the registration ID is valid. For actual registrations without an expiry date, the expiry date must be left blank.

验证状态

The status of the verification of the registration identification number.

Note: 

When creating a new registration, this field is set to 待验证. When the tax registration is saved, based on the validation result, this value is updated to 完成, 失败, or 不适用.

确认日期

The date and time when the registration is successfully verified.

验证者

The code of the user who performs the verification process of the registration.
