登记 (tctax2120m000)

使用此进程以为法定属性（如标识号、法定地址）、签发属性（例如签发机构）和一些内部信息数据定义新的登记。

标识

The unique alphanumeric code issued by the tax registration authority by which the enterprise is identified in the country of issue. The length and the structure of the ID differs by country and type.

登记代码

The own identification number determined based on the current tax registration setup.

用于法定报告的名称

The name linked to the registration ID which can be used on the legal reports.

法定地址

The code of the legal address linked to the enterprise that is using the registration. This address can be printed on documents and reports related to the registration.

姓名

The name associated with the legal address of the registration.

签发国家/地区

The country in which the registration is issued. When entering a new registration, the country is defaulted from the legal address, but can be overwritten. The identification number and the verification relate to this country.

签发州/省

The state or province in which the registration is issued.

登记类型

The registration type of the registration. The registration type can be specified from the existing registration types.

登记类别

The registration category of the registration.

登记状态

The status of the registration.

Note: 

When entering a new registration, the registration status is defaulted to 已申请. After automatic verification of the entered identification number, the new registration is saved with registration status 已核准. This means that, as for now, only approved registrations can exist in the system.

The person who requested the registration on behalf of the company.

登记日期

The date the registration is issued.

生效日期

The date and time from when the registration ID is valid.

过期日期

The date and time until when the registration ID is valid. For actual registrations without expiry date, the expiry date must be left blank.

验证状态

The status of the verification of the registration identification number.

Note: 
  • When you enter a new registration, the Verification Status is defaulted to 待验证. Then, upon saving, the required number validation is performed: either the URL check defined for the country of issue at registration type level (Registration Type (tctax2610m000) session), or the definition (format) check for the country of issue defined in the existing Taxation master data (session Tax Number Definitions (tctax4105m000)). If the validation succeeds, the registration is saved with Verification Status = 完成, and Verification Status = 已核准. If the validation fails, you cannot save the registration.
  • If no URL or format definition has been defined for the country of issue, the registration is saved, after your confirmation, and the verification status is set to 不适用, and Registration Status = 已核准.
确认日期

The date and time when the successfully verified registration (verification status Succeeded) was entered.

验证者

The person who entered the verified registration.
