物料

The raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, and sold.

An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or which exist in multiple product variants.

You can also define nonphysical items, which are not retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The examples of nonphysical items:

Cost items (for example, electricity)
Service items
Subcontracting services
List items (menus/options)

成本构成

A cost component is a user-defined category for the classification of costs.

Cost components have the following functions:

To break down an item's standard cost, sales price, or valuation price.
To create a comparison between the estimated production order costs and the actual production order costs.
To calculate production variances.
To view the distribution of your costs over the various cost components in the 成本会计 module.

Cost components can be of the following cost types:

“工序成本”
“材料成本”
“附加费”
“一般费用”
“不适用”

注意

If you use 装配控制 (ASC), you cannot use cost components of the “一般费用” type.

注意

该成本构成必须在到岸成本行的物料的有效成本构成结构中可用，这可以在有效成本构成结构 (ticpr3101m000) 进程中查看。如果到岸成本行的成本构成在此结构中不存在，则按照“物料 - 成本计算数据 (ticpr0107m000)” 进程材料成本字段所指定，系统会将平均到岸成本添加到材料成本的汇总成本构成中。

平均到岸成本

成本构成的平均到岸成本既可以基于累计采购，也可以基于当前库存，这是由“到岸成本参数 (tclct0100m000)” 进程的平均到岸成本的计算方法字段指定。

货币

用于表示采购价格的货币单位。

更改采购币种后，将自动重新计算价格。

采购价格单位

用于表示物料采购价格的物料单位。此单位与物料的库存单位不同。
