存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000)

使用此进程以存档所有 LN 子系统的通用数据。

如果在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)”进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框，则只有此进程可以存档通用数据。

如果从此进程开始，则在数据库包含损坏数据时，存档过程不会中止。
该进程允许集中存档通用数据，这有助于减少多余的存档操作。

注意

此进程用于将所有主数据从营运公司复制到存档公司。每次主数据更改时，必须运行此进程。

设置

原始公司: The company number for which the general data is archived.
目标存档公司: The company number to which the general data is transferred.

选项

存档文本: 如果选中此复选框， texts are also archived.
改写文本: 如果选中此复选框， texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.

报告

打印报告: 如果选中此复选框， a report is printed with archived master data.
仅打印更改: 如果选中此复选框， the updated data from the original company are only included in the print report.
